Grant has a Masters Degree in Education and a Doctorate in Psychology. Prior to consulting Grant worked as a teacher, a small business owner, and as a broadcast journalist.

Natalie has a BBA in General Business Management from Boise State University.

She has spent the latter part of her career consulting where she has helped organizations with their executive and manager training, investigations, and process improvement. Jennifer specializes in performance management and managing corporate climate.
