Managing employee performance helps motivate and retain employees.  It will also assist the supervisor should discipline or termination be required.  This class will cover the reasons why managing employee performance is so important, and it will cover different methods a supervisor may use.  Some topics will include:

• Communicating expectations through daily feedback
• Creating opportunities for growth and advancement
